Will have to wait till after lunch for a shower. Projected view: more weather coming in.

I will endeavour to upgrade the toilet block before next winter and effectivly use my electric heat tape.

Road Name?
Road Name? avatar

Received mail from solicitors about progress to the legal access for Rob Helsby (Heirloom) and us (Westonlea). Looks like Marty Timmins has agreed conditionally.

Haven’t received a bill so far but the solicitor is charging $300/hour + GST. i guess we all have chosen the wrong careers.

The guts of it is that the surveyors will be contacted to survey and register the road with all land and departments concerned. Peter Burns (the surveyor) will need to peg out accesses north and south through Malcolm Shaw’s (Fairley farm).

What will the name of the road be?….. anybody?

Mun Jok and myself recently walked the back boundaries concerned on Muns last visit.
