Ambience
Will have to wait till after lunch for a shower. Projected view: more weather coming in. I will endeavour to upgrade the toilet block before next winter and effectivly use my electric heat tape.

Received mail from solicitors about progress to the legal access for Rob Helsby (Heirloom) and us (Westonlea). Looks like Marty Timmins has agreed conditionally. Haven’t received a bill so far but the solicitor is charging $300/hour + GST. i guess we … Continue reading
